UPDATE: I guess the city didn’t like our linking to it because they took down the survey. Not only did they take down the survey, they took it completely off their poll findings site. Our city at work.
I grabbed a couple of minutes here at work to look at some stats on this hunky-dorrey blog and saw that someone found us by running the search LaVergne blogs. The third or fourth link down had a poll on the city’s web page called “Do you read LaVergne blogs?” It made me smile. Go take the poll right here!

So logic says they only want the people that don’t read La Vergne blogs to answer this question. Heh, people are funny.
Which to me also re-emphasizes the city’s unwillingness to work with people with opinions outside of their own … (guess if we have opinions contrary to the ::official:: stance of the city, we are cast into outer darkness). [rolling eyes]
I have been less then thrilled by Smyrna’s attempt to communicate with people.
At least the LaVergne site has polls. Smyrna has no real feedback. I found an error on the main city site and brought it to their attention about three months ago. still wrong.
