Have you been to Smyrna’s Chicken Shak? OMG. It is incredibly good. We’ve had potluck meetings with the Middle Tennessee Blogger and Podcaster Group where I’ve ordered a pan of wings to chew on. But I saw in the newspaper today that The Chicken Shak – MY Chicken Shak – is moving to Murfreesboro.
I do wish them great success, but I’m very sad to see them leave Smyrna. And I know I should have written this for the Smyrna blog, but I’ve forgotten my username and password and my cheat sheet is somewhere else other than where I am now to look it up. Wow. Talk about a badly written sentence. Heh.

I have never been there. Is it expensive?
There were rumors about a year ago about the Boo’s Spicy Chicken restuarant reopening in Smyrna or Mt Juliet.They were always packed with customers,but the father and patriarch of the business had serious health problems.Would love to see them reopen here.They were located on Donelson Pike near Bar B Cutie.
