    Hello,

    I’m a Canadian considering a move to LaVergne. Technically, I’m considering a move to Nashville, but the company I’m going to be working for is in LaVergne.

    My question is, the staff at this LaVergne business all tell me that there’s nothing in LaVergne and I won’t want to live there. I’ve seen that the housing prices are SO reasonable and from what I’ve read, the city is rapidly growing, so it shoud be a good investment area.

    My family and I will be visiting the area at the end of the month and I was wondering where I should take them to help us with this HUGE deciscion.

    Also, would anyone know how difficult it is for a Canadian to establish credit in the US in order to qualify for a mortgage?

    We would love to have neighbors like you in La Vergne. If I were you, however, and I could afford it, I would give serious consideration to Lenox of Smyrna. Not a far drive and the layout of the neighborhood is very progressive for the likes of Tennessee.
