I know, I know… THIS IS LAVERGNE. But I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you about a couple of homes in Smyrna that have come to my attention this week that are quite nice.
The first home is located at 510 Keel Court, or Lot 29 of the Mason Tucker subdivision. It has 1510 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and is priced at $179,900. Currently priced, I should say. I met the builder’s brother today and he said someone could get it for significantly less because they need to sell it badly. The seller will pay up to $4500 in closing costs. Here’s a picture:
The next one is an existing home at 104 Lake Farm Road. It has five bedrooms, three full baths and 2167 square feet. Priced at $189,900, there’s not much wiggle room. But if you need a big home, this one is magic! Here are a couple of photos:
