La Vergne sign law

(Side Note: Cedar Grove subdivision will be having a neighborhood yard sale this Saturday, August 18th from 7AM – Noon. We are on Chaney across from LHS) There will be a TON of yard sales all in one small area, with a lot of nice stuff, and of course some of your ‘run of the mill’ yard sale stuff. This is an event you don’t want to miss!)

As I was putting signs out for this sale, I noticed a ton of the little yellow signs advertising to “avoid foreclosure” and “200 channels.” I hope everyone will remember 2 things: 1 – these signs are illegal garbage so please remove them if you see them in your neighborhood and it’s safe to do so (codes simply has too much else that’s more important than driving around looking for signs) and 2 – Please don’t support these businesses! If you do feel obligated to call, I would call and tell them you don’t want their trash in our city!

If you’re trying to avoid foreclosure, call your mortgage company first. If you need 200 channels, get a life (I’m such a popular person that I only need 180 channels; what would I do with 200!?!?!?). Just kidding about the ‘get a life’ thing…
