UPDATED TO ADD FROM COMMENT: The event has been moved to the front parking lot at City Hall.
The La Vergne Police Department is hosting a “Drug Take-Back” event at the Multi-Purpose Building from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 21st. Anyone with expired or used medicine is urged to drop it off at the building on that date.
Please leave the medications in the original bottles. Mark through or tape over the labels from the bottles before you drop them off. Please keep drug information on the container. The drugs will be destroyed. The Multi Purpose Building is located behind City Hall, beside the ball fields.

The event has been moved to the front parking lot at City Hall. We hope everyone can come out and take part in this event. This is the proper way to dispose of medications. We’ll also take syringes and liquid prescription medicine.
